Vendors & Data Flow

This guide covers every kind of vendor that operates on Sellub — sellers, delivery partners, suppliers, designers, integrators and more — how each uses the dashboard, and how data and money move between them when they trade.

One account, many roles

Sellub is not “a seller app” with add-ons bolted on. It is a network of vendors who each publish a service and wire those services into one another’s shops. A single account can play several roles at once:

You onboard once (shop name + payout account), then pick up roles whenever you’re ready from Network and set each one up in Studio. You are never forced into a role you don’t use — the dashboard only shows the sections for the capabilities you’ve enabled.

The three things to understand

1. Vendor types — the roles and account tiers that decide what you can do and what you see. → Vendor types
2. Wires — the connection between two vendors. When you wire another vendor’s service into your shop (a carrier, a supplier, a design studio), it becomes a live option in your checkout or catalog. → Network & Wires
3. The ledger — every sale, delivery fee, wholesale order and design job settles into one commission ledger, which is also how the platform is paid and how you get paid. → Money & commission

Publishing is reviewed

Setting up a role is self-serve, but going live on the public marketplace is reviewed. When your store profile, payout account and identity (KYC) are complete, you submit for review; a Duabalabs admin approves it (usually 24–48 h) before your shop or service appears publicly.
