Dashboard tour

Every vendor uses the same dashboard at dashboard.sellub.com. The sidebar is capability-aware: you only see the groups and items for the roles you’ve enabled, so the interface grows with you instead of overwhelming you on day one.

Platform admins (Duabalabs staff) see a different sidebar — the classic Vendure console (Catalog, Orders, Customers, Settings, System) plus Sellub admin screens like Seller Applications, Publish Requests and Seller Subaccounts.

Home — your command center

The landing screen after sign-in. It shows a journey map of your capabilities (what’s active, what’s in review, what you could add next), a Go-live checklist, and quick links to the work that needs attention. This is where you start and manage each role.

Sell

  • Products — your catalog: create, edit, price and stock products; assign categories.
  • Orders — incoming orders and fulfilment. In a multi-vendor order you only ever see your portion (your items and their delivery), never other sellers’ lines.
  • Customers — the buyers who’ve ordered from you.

Money

The financial hub. Covered in depth in Money & commission.

  • Wallet — your balance and withdrawals.
  • Transactions — the commission/earnings ledger: every sale, fee, delivery payout and wholesale settlement, with running direction (what you’re owed vs. what you owe the platform).
  • Payment account — your payout destination (bank or mobile money) and identity verification (KYC). You must complete this before you can go live.
  • Plan & subscriptions — your Sellub plan (affects your commission rate and features).

Grow

  • Analytics — sales, orders and store metrics.
  • Marketing / Automations — campaigns and automated workflows (powered by Duaba Connect; visible when you have the Integrate/Market capability).

Studio — the builders

Studio is where you set up each role you take on. Each builder is gated to its capability:

BuilderCapabilityWhat you build
SourceSupplyYour wholesale catalog and supplier connections
LogisticsDeliverYour delivery zones, rate card and fleet/riders
DesignDesignPrintable products and print areas (rolling out)
IntegrateIntegrateAPI keys, webhooks and embedded checkout
Subscription plansIntegrateRecurring plans you sell to your own customers

Network

One workspace to connect with other vendors. Discover services, wire them into your shop, manage your own published services, and review connection requests. This is the subject of its own page — Network & Wires.

Store

  • Store profile — name, slug, description, tagline, location, logo, banner, brand colour, contact and socials.
  • Store hours — your operating hours.
  • Store types — how your shop appears (marketplace listing, branded, modules-only).
  • Website builder / Domain settings — for Custom Domain accounts: build and publish your own branded storefront on your own domain.

Going live — the publish gate

Building a store or service is self-serve, but appearing on the public marketplace is reviewed. The Home command center shows a Go-live checklist:

☐ Store profile complete
☐ Payment account added
☐ Identity verified (KYC)
☐ Delivery zone set (if you offer delivery)
☐ At least one product (if you sell)

  [ Submit for review ] ──▶ in_review (24–48h) ──▶ published ✓

The Submit for review button stays disabled until KYC and your payout account are done. After you submit, a Duabalabs admin reviews and approves (or returns it with a reason) from the Publish Requests screen. Once approved, your shop or service is live on sellub.com.

⚠️

Publishing is not part of onboarding — it’s a deliberate, reviewed step you take when a role is genuinely ready. You can build and preview privately for as long as you like first.
